Jeremy Schwartz is a former CEO and MD of some of the world’s most iconic brands. CEO of The Body Shop, Pandora and L’Oréal UK and Marketing Director for Coca-Cola Europe and Sainsburys Supermarkets, he started his career at The Boston Consulting Group.

Famous for inventing Coke Zero which has delivered over $60bn revenue, his career highlights include the architect of the turnarounds for Pandora and Sainsburys which added over €15bn in shareholder value.

He started combining sustainable initiatives into business to drive profitability and positively impact on society and the planet from 2002. He amplified as CEO of The Body Shop and today he is the Chairman of the Kantar's Sustainability and Diversity practice recently named by Forbes as one of the world’s best sustainability consultancies. Together with their leadership team they have taken the business from start up to $150m in two years advising companies from Google to Unilever and Diageo to Facebook.

Schwartz also runs Maxius Advisory ESG across Europe and the US. This consultancy supports CEOs and leadership teams especially in the property, construction and manufacturing world accelerate their adoption of sustainable solutions through AI led innovation, auditing and business case migration.

Schwartz is also a mountaineer and adventurer that supports his expertise in leadership, resilience and motivating teams to scale new heights.
