Jeremy Skule is the Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Nasdaq, Inc. He manages the company’s global marketing, corporate communications, social media, social responsibility, and digital and design functions.

Mr.Skule has over 20 years of experience in global brand building including roles in reputation and issue management, integrated business marketing, strategic communications and investor relations. His career has included senior communications positions and marketing leadership roles in Washington, DC and New York.

Prior to joining Nasdaq in 2012, Mr.Skule served as the Marketing and Communications for the Wealth Management business at UBS. Mr.Skule also previously worked as the Chief Communications Officer at MF Global, Senior Vice President and Partner at FleishmanHillard, and Vice President at Ruder Finn.

Mr.Skule received his BA from Dickinson College and his MBA from George Washington University.
