Her earliest lessons in customer service, management, marketing and leadership were learned in her family's 70-year-old western saddle making business.Her wonderful western heritage, outlook and anecdotes charm her audiences.

For over fifteen years, Jeri Mae instructed college Small Business, Travel, Marketing, and Human Resource Management courses. She also served as a College Workforce Training Director developing training programs for businesses, government agencies, and non-profits.

As Statewide Coordinator for the Travel Montana Superhost customer service training program, she oversaw a decade of new customer service training development and delivery for communities and high schools across the state.

Jeri Mae has received local, state and national recognition for success as an educator and leader. She earnedher Masters in Human Resource Management and is President of the Great Falls Society of Human Resource Managers. C urrently, she is pursuing a Doctor of Education Leadership degree and is researching the role of Emotional Intelligence in Leadership.
