Jeri Ward made history in 2015 when she became the first female Vice President at Audi of America. As Senior Vice President and Chief Communications Officer, Ward leads the communications team in creating and managing industry-leading public relations strategies.

Ward was the original Director, Customer Experience of Audi of America, a position she was named to in 2011. In this role, Ward improved customer experience performance and Audi of America saw an increase from 13th place in J.D. Power CSI rankings to placing among the top three brands in 2014 and 2015.

Ward earned a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Kettering University and Master's degrees in business and engineering from Northwestern University.
