Jerrod Johnson

Former Quarterback for Texas A&M

Jerrod Johnson is one of the most talented quarterbacks to ever play at Texas A&M. An impressive 6'6", 250lbs, Jerrod is remarkably agile for a man his size. As a senior in high school, Jerrod was one of the most highly regarded quarterbacks in Texas, receiving the coveted Houston Touchdown Club award for player of the year. At Texas A&M Jerrod set single game records for passing yards and totals yards as well as records for season passing yards in 2009 while leading the Big 12 in touchdowns. He is the career leader for Texas A&M in total offense and passing, throwing for over 8,000 yards.

Jerrod's path to success on the football field has not been easy. Through injury and personal tragedy (Jerrod lost his father in 2007), he has experienced the realities of unmet expectations and painful periods of life. But the foundation of faith and rock solid values instilled by his family has kept him firmly rooted and focused on success.
