Jesse Henry is an entrepreneur and sustainability advocate, best known as the founder and CEO of Heartland Industries, a material science company specializing in the production of natural fibers to reinforce plastics. Under his leadership, Heartland emerged as a leader in high-performance, carbon-negative materials, offering manufacturers sustainable solutions that reduce cost, weight, and carbon footprint without compromising performance.

Before establishing Heartland, Henry served as a National Speaker for Tony Robbins, where he conducted corporate trainings and motivational speaking engagements. He also held the position of Chief of Staff at Intersection Capital, an investment bank based in San Diego. Earlier in his career, Henry authored "The Millennial Merger: How to Sell, Manage, Empathize, and Communicate in a Multi-Generational Workforce" and delivered a TEDx Talk titled "The Theory of Success." He earned a bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship and Sales from Florida State University.
