Jessica Hatchigan    

Jessica Hatchigan is an award-winning writer and journalist, and one of the nation's leading speechwriters and experts on leadership communications.

Jessica currently leads North American executive communications for a global Fortune 100 company. She also is the owner of Greenbriar Services, LLC, a communications consulting boutique that is non-competitive with the business of the global company.

Jessica is a speaker on leadership communications and on creativity for business audiences, and a speaker on innovation, creativity and personal development for writers and general audiences. She has been quoted and featured in USA Today, Business Week, Woman's Day and The Speechwriter's Newsletter, her articles have appeared in numerous publications, including The Writer, Writer's Digest, The Writers Handbook, and Contemporary Literary Criticism.

A member of the American Society of Journalists and Authors (ASJA) and of the Authors Guild, Jessica has spoken and presented workshops across the US, at venues including the ASJA Annual Writers Conference in New York, The Tattered Cover Bookstore in Denver, the James J. Hill Business Library in St. Paul, the Society of Children's Book Writers & Illustrators Annual Conference in Los Angeles, and the National Speechwriters Conference in Washington, DC. Jessica earned her B.A. and M.A. degrees in English from Wayne State University in Detroit, where she was awarded membership in Phi Beta Kappa. She also has completed UCLA's Certificate Program in Feature Film Writing, and recently completed her first screenplay, a romantic comedy.
