Jessica Nelson started in digital in 2005, where she discovered a love for connecting all of the pieces through overarching strategy. Throughout her career in both in-house and agency positions, she's picked up perspectives on all sides of the digital wheelhouse, understanding the types of things that are important to the CMO, the agency account team, the agency specialty teams, and the company business operations. This has greatly helped her both relate to and communicate with all sides of the table.

She currently applies her skills as the lead talent acquisition strategist at USAA, a diversified financial services group of companies which is among the leading providers of financial planning, insurance, investments and banking products to members of the U.S. military and their families.
