Jessica Tudos (M.Ed, OCT) is an Olympian turned edupreneur, motivational speaker and author who is on a mission to empower kids, youth and adults to lead active, healthy and creative lives.

With extensive experience teaching, facilitating, and managing international educational and cultural initiatives, Jessica approaches each speaking opportunity with a personalized, hands-on approach that inspires immediate action and lasting impact.

Perhaps her curiosity for learning & doing sprung from the more than 10,000 hours she spent upside-down as a kid, skills that led her to the 1984 Los Angeles Olympics as a member of Canada’s 5th place Olympic gymnastics team.

Jessica’s two signature programs – Kika the Upside-Down Girl: Adventures in a Right Side Up World and The FL!P Approach to Achieving Success, Jessica blends organizational pragmatism with creative application to deliver lasting results. Areas of expertise include:

As an active member of The Canadian Olympic Committee, Clean Air Champions, and Motivate Canada, Jessica is passionate about activating lifelong learning in formal and alternative settings. She holds an M.Ed in Education, OCT certification in intermediate and secondary teaching and a B.Sc. in Recreation.

Collaborators describe Jessica as a highly capable speaker, facilitator, and educator who is equal parts activator, manager, cheerleader, and energizer. Jessica brings a high level of enthusiasm, commitment and passion to her many diverse projects and initiatives.

For fun, Jessica likes to practice yoga, play tennis, explore local festivals, create sculptures, and dream up new kids stories.
