Jessie Pavelka is an experienced speaker on the topics of health and wellness for individuals, groups, and organizations. A health and well-being expert, author, coach, and TEDx speaker, he's also known for his work as a fitness professional and television host.
Using his own personal story of working with bariatric patients as a fitness trainer in the early 2000s, he talks about how he came to understand that health is so much more than diet and exercise. He became widely recognized after his time spent honing his skill on the screen with NBC’s "Biggest Loser" in the US in 2014 and Sky TV’s "Obese: A Year to Save My Life" in the UK in 2011, both of which he hosted.
He is now sharing his knowledge with corporations and groups through his theory of The Four Elements: Eat, Sweat, Think, and Connect. When people pay attention to these areas of their lives and make small changes on a consistent basis, they notice a huge impact on their overall health, well-being, and happiness. His work is backed by his business, Pavelka Wellness, which he co-founded, and his Pavelka Health Revolution brand launched in October 2013.
Pavelka and his team are now supporting people across the globe with simple but effective messaging and resources to tackle stress and burnout in this hyper-connected, ever-switched-on world of technology that we live in. Pavelka is about to enter his 5th consecutive year as the Health and Wellbeing Ambassador for global tech giant, Cisco Systems. He has also been a constant figure in fitness magazines, serving as a cover model and a source of inspiration to many.
Apart from his fitness and wellness endeavors, Pavelka also has a rich background in acting. He has appeared in the reality series "DietTribe" and the web series "The Rise and Fall of Tuck Johnson." His filmography includes "Friday Night Lights" and "12 Men of Christmas."
