Jim has Masters degree in Biology and undergradute degree in Psychology. He is a Certified Profesional Behavior Analyst CPBA, Certified Professional Values Analyst CPVA and holds the employee selection "Trimetrix" certification. These certifications must be renewed every two years with Target Training International and require continuing education. Jim exercises for an hour most days to keep himself sharp and fit.
