Jimena Almendares is the chief digital officer at Decathlon, and she is a member of the executive committee. She is also a Board Member of Stanford Medical and Life Time, a fitness US public company. Most recently, Almendares was the General Manager of Customer Experience at Meta, offering support to ~3.7B users, advertisers, businesses, and creators across Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and all Meta products. Previously, Almendares was the VP of Global Expansion at Intuit and the CEO and President of Intuit Payments Inc. She was also Chief Product Officer at OkCupid, leading the company through its IPO as part of the Match Group.

Almendares holds an MBA from the MIT, a B.A., and an M.A. from the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris. She was awarded the 2021 BoardIQ Hispanic Hall of Fame, the 2020 Fast Company Queer 50, the 2019 Silicon Valley Business Journal Latino Leadership Award, and the 30 Under 40 (by Expansion/CNN Magazine Mexico).

A Mexican three-time national ice-skating champion, Almendares has worked in 16 countries, traveled to 49, and speaks 5 languages.
