Joanne Estes, along with her 16 year-old daughter, Kaitlyn, co-founded Chicks in Red Heels in 2007. As leaders of a community of confident, capable women striving to achieve more than they ever thought possible, Joanne and Kaitlyn encourage women to conquer fears and pursue that which is most important to them. Joanne conducts programs nationwide; and has helped thousands to improve their personal and professional lives.

Joanne is a "possibilty" speaker. She guides you to pursue more than you ever thought possible. She is an expert at helping you maximize your hopes and dreams at work, at home, or at play by upholding the behavioral aspects of confidence, capability, and success.

As a savvy business woman, Joanne is an award-winning national speaker, trainer, coach, consultant, and business owner. She has been honored as Michigan's Manager of the Year, Teacher of the Year, and Chapter Member of the Year. She is proud to be a member of USA Today's Entrepreneur Panel. She has enjoyed television and radio appearances. And she is affiliated with several associations including the Howell Area Chamber of Commerce, American Society for Training and Development, and the National Speakers Association.

As a past president for the National Speakers Association of Michigan, Joanne is most proud of developing her Visionary Volunteers program for encouraging and increasing member participation in non-profit associations.
