Jodi Kovitz is the CEO and founder of #movethedial, a global movement dedicated to advancing the participation and leadership of all women and girls in technology.

Kovitz’s twenty year career spans consulting (BCG), marketing in tech (Workbrain) to leadership training and development (Scotiabank) to the practice of law (Torkin Manes) and legal business development and innovation strategy (Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt), to being the CEO of a non-profit in the tech space Peerscale (formerly AceTech Ontario). It is this wealth of experience and pioneering spirit fueled by passion to advance the full talent pool in the new economy, that led Kovitz to found #movethedial.

Since its inception, #movethedial has attracted leading advisors in the Canadian and US markets, engaged more than 10,000 people across Canada and new markets in the US through events and joining the movement, to Jodi’s vision for a more diverse and inclusive future tech community. Kovitz was named by the WXN as one of Canada’s top 100 most powerful women in 2017 and was recognized by Adweek as one of Toronto’s brandstars in 2018 in recognition of her work.
