Jody Williams is a chef and co-owner of Via Carota with Rita Sodi. Via Carota is an Italian restaurant in New York City, and in 2019 Sodi and Williams won the James Beard Award for Best Chef: New York City. Williams is also the chef and owner of Buvette NYC, an acclaimed restaurant. She opened a second Buvette in Paris in 2013, which led to her winning the French Le Fooding award.
