You will look at it in a whole new way as a measure of the courage it takes to make great decisions. Nurture Your Dreams by Nurturing Your Money

As a nation, we are pretty bad at keeping our financial lives in order. 78% of Americans live paycheck to paycheck; 69% of Americans have less than $1,000 in savings; 56% of Americans have less than $10,000 in retirement funds; 45 million people owe $1.6 trillion in student loan debt. Only 29% of Americans report that they are "financially strong" spending, saving, borrowing, and planning in a way that will ensure long-term success. 40% of all US households carry credit card debt, with an average debt of $9,333!

  • Pragmatic Passion's Basic Money Rules.
  • The practice of delayed gratification. Don't spend what you don't have, on frivolous "stuff."

  • Create a will, buy the right insurances, keep personal records in a safe place.
