Finkelstein cofounded the original fund at Lumia, where he's a partner and head of Latin American investments. He led the diligence for Automatic Labs, DigitalGenius, uBeam and EatStreet. Ayala joined in 2015 and has also worked extensively in Latin America. He's sourced a range of companies in Latin America, Europe and the Middle East and worked with Finkelstein on Hired, Sprig, Greenhouse, Kahuna, Hinge, Trocafone, OpenDNS, Kabbage, Procore and Xtime.
