Joelle Kaufman is a 25+ year go-to-market (GTM) technology executive who practices intentional leadership as a CMO, CRO, and CEO. Her fascination with the psychology of groups and the effectiveness of different leaders led her to be the first graduate of the University of Michigan LS&A Honors College with a degree in Organizational Studies. After earning her MBA as a Baker Scholar at Harvard, Kaufman spent 25 years designing, leading, and optimizing B2B Technology sales, marketing, and customer success teams for scale at companies including Firefly (Microsoft), RSA Security, Reactivity (Cisco), Adify (Cox), Bloomreach, Dynamic Signal (FirstUp), WorkBoard and now GTMFlow (her business).

Through her studies, work and community, she’s created legions of legendary leaders who adopt her intentional leadership method to create committed, highly effective and fun teams that achieve beyond their expectations. She is the front "man" of a rock band and her speaking engagements are high energy, high impact, and provocative.
