Joey Bergstein assumed the role of President and Chief Executive Officer at BlueTriton in November 2023, where he leads the company's mission to provide healthy hydration to everyone, everywhere, always. Under his leadership, BlueTriton is committed to building a better water company through industry-leading water stewardship, advancing healthy hydration, and reducing environmental impact.

BlueTriton features an extensive portfolio of highly recognizable, responsibly sourced, and packaged spring water, purified water, and water beverage brands, including Poland Spring® and Pure Life®. With a focus on long-term strategies, Bergstein is dedicated to strengthening the business by fostering trust, driving growth, and achieving results. The company safeguards over 20,000 acres of watershed land with 56 springs and 30 production facilities across the United States.

Bergstein has 30 years of experience building and leading venerable consumer packaged goods brands focused on sustainability, good governance, and thriving corporate culture. Before joining BlueTriton, he was CEO at Seventh Generation and at Sabra Dipping Company, and held leadership roles at Diageo and Molson-Coors. Bergstein began his career at Procter & Gamble, where he worked for 10 years.

In recognition of his leadership in addressing climate change, Bergstein received the 2020 CERES BICEP CEO Award and the 2020 Ivey Alumni Achievement Award from his alma mater, the University of Western Ontario.
