The song appears in an episode of the animated television series Beavis and Butt-Head. In the episode, Beavis states he thinks "Ace of Base sucks." "Here We Go" is also featured in the feature films Prêt-à-porter, Never Been Kissed, Alien Autopsy and in the video game UEFA Euro 2004.

Renck's first feature film, Downloading Nancy, 2008 premiered at the Sundance Film Festival on 21 January 2008 in Park City, Utah.
