Host of "The John Kerwin Show"

John Kerwin is a fifteen-time award winning talk show host. Raised in New York City, John began performing as a stand-up comedian at "Catch a Rising Star" and "The Comic Strip," sharing the stage with contemporaries such as Jon Stewart, Rosie O'Donnell and Ray Romano. After majoring in creative writing at Cornell University, John relocated to Los Angeles, where he became the house emcee at the famed Hollywood Improv. John also headlined at comedy clubs throughout the country where he continued to shape and hone his comic style and impromptu humor.

John co-created and hosted The Yesterday Show for VH1 and TVLand. In this "retro" talk show, John's featured guests included celebrities such as Dick Cavett, Cheryl Ladd, Kathy Griffin, Charo, and others. Specifically geared for "Gen X" viewers, the show blended John's inventive comedy with his unique guest interviews. Directing the show was Liz Plonka, Emmy winning director of "Late Night with Conan O'Brien" for seven years, "The Wayne Brady Show," and currently the director on "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno." John also headed the writing team, which included four-time Emmy nominee Gabe Abelson, who previously was the head monologue writer for "The Late Show withDavid Letterman."

After that, John has continued to host, "The John Kerwin Show," which currently airs nationally on JLTV. Recent guests have included: Kevin Sorbo, Antonio Sabato, Jr., Playboy's Playmate of the Year, Jayde Nicole, Eric Roberts, Ed Asner and many others. In addition to being the most popular show on JLTV, "The John Kerwin Show" has had millions of hits online.
