From employee and labor relations specialist at Frito-Lay to personnel manager for the U.S. Army Special Forces, John has gained national recognition for his translation of personal and business experiences into a range of topics including communications, leadership and performance improvement. He has appeared on ABC Prime Time with Diane Sawyer, the Oprah Winfrey Show, Sally Jesse Raphael and numerous local and national programs.

John is founder and CEO of Perspective Communications Group, Inc., an international communications company that implements effective communications strategies for global corporations. John’s client list includes such industry leaders as Textron, Johnson & Wales University, Staples, The Office of the Governor or Rhode Island, the U.S. Navy and Inter Continental Hotels and Resorts.

A former paratrooper and Chief of Personnel Management for the U.S. Army Special Forces, John’s military career was highlighted in 1970 by being selected by the Secretary of the Army as the most outstanding second lieutenant commissioned in the regular army.

John holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Providence College and a Master of Science Degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Utah.
