Social Media Speaker John Zell is the VP of Global Solutions and CRM at Razorfish for the discovery, construction and implementation of CRM Marketing Technology and Digital CRM solutions. John creates and drives product strategies and technology roadmaps for key global accounts across multiple verticals, including entertainment, high technology, pharmaceutical, health care, consumer products and financial also while managing CRM technology relationships.

John has also teamed up with Fortune 500 companies to help design and implement business and information technology vision and strategy, IT transformation, strategic business solutions, business process reengineering and process improvement, organizational change management, master data management and large-scale systems integration.

Before his position at Razorfish, John Zell was Chief Technology Officer at Protocol for three years and at Harte-Hanks for eleven years, where he served as Senior Vice President of Marketing Technology Services.
