Johnny Clark is one of the chefs and owners of Parachute, a Korean American neighborhood restaurant in Chicago. He co-owns the restaurant with his wife, Beverly Kim. In 2019, the two won the Best Chef: Great Lakes James Beard Award. Parachute is considered one of the most-acclaimed restaurants in the United States. Clark and Kim are preparing to open a second restaurant in the near future.
