In this fast paced session, we will go over everything you need to know as you create and grow your brand. From Authenticity (being honest in everything you do) to Hiring (making sure your new team members embrace the brand as much as you do).

Data is everywhere...and often times it is confusing to decide what actions you need to take to turn your data into sales and income.

In this session, together we will focus on 3 things:

  • Making sure you know what data it is that you'd like to measure to provide the greatest impact on your sales and income.
  • Making sure everyone is looking at the right data at the right time and that it is available in Real Time.
  • Confirming that everyone is accurately interpreting the data and making the right decisions.

We will go over some of the platforms that provide real time data, and I'll share a dashboard I use that pulls everything I want to see, in real-time, into a graphical display that helps me make all the right decisions.

This is an interactive session where we play a fun game similar to Jeopardy. Everyone learns about Marketing + Branding + Data in a fun and engaging way! We break everyone up into teams, provide buzzers, daily double clues and prizes.
