As an undergrad in college, Jonathan McReynolds fell into the gospel circuit after an EP recorded as a Christmas gift for family and friends leaked onto a local radio station. The positive reception of his first project soon led to a record deal with Tehillah Music Group/Light Records, where he debuted his freshmen LP, Life Music, in fall 2012. Equipped with spine-tingling vocal flips and tricks, the Chicago native is making a lot of noise on YouTube with unplugged renditions of tracks off his album.
