As the co-founder and chair of TwentyFirstCenturyBrand Jonathan Mildenhall specializes in helping founders and CEOs realize the full potential of their company through purpose-driven brand positioning work and values-driven marketing. Mildenhall counts companies such as Pinterest, Peloton, Gemini, and the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's company, Archewell as clients. Prior to founding TwentyFirstCenturyBrand, Mildenhall was the CMO of Airbnb where he invited the world to Belong Anywhere and helped build the value of the company from $1bn to $35bn in just four years. In 2006 Mildenhall became VP of Global Marketing at The Coca-Cola Company. He led the team that launched Coca-Cola’s global marketing platform “Open Happiness”, which became Coke’s most profitable and awarded marketing platform ever.

Prior to moving to the US Mildenhall helped build the creative fortunes of Smirnoff vodka and, separately, Absolut vodka. Mildenhall is now an investor and advisor to two wine and spirit companies, one in the UK and one in the US. Mildenhall lives in Los Angeles with his husband Mirco and two children, Dominica and Oliver.
