Chairman and CEO of Loews Hotels, he has engineered the highly profitable expansion of the luxury chain by infusing all of his hotels and resorts with an acclaimed corporate culture that places high value on "partnerships" with employees, customers and communities. In 2007, he penned the best-selling "Chocolates on the Pillow Aren`t Enough: Reinventing the Customer Experience" (Wiley), emphasizing the customer experience in creating consumer loyalty.

In his 2004 best-seller, "The Power of We: Succeeding Through Partnerships" (Wiley), Tisch reveals the keys to achieving lasting success through creative partnerships between people, organizations and communities. He also serves on the U.S. Travel and Tourism Promotion Advisory Board, the Board of Trustees for Tufts University, the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation, the Tribeca Film Institute and the Business Council of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, in addition to the Board of Directors for the Loews Corporation. He is chairman of the Travel Business Roundtable, and former chair of the American Hotel and Lodging Association. Tisch serves on the Board of Directors and, with his family, is co-owner of Superbowl XLII champions, the NY Giants.
