Joon Silverstein is the Senior Vice President for Global Marketing, Creative and Sustainability at the luxury fashion brand Coach, overseeing brand transformation and growth through marketing strategy, digital innovation and omnichannel customer engagement. She also drives the brand’s commitment to improve its impact on the planet, championing new initiatives such as the second-life program Coach (Re)Loved, which reimagines end-of-life for Coach products and keeps them in use and out of landfills. In 2023, she founded Coachtopia, a sub-brand dedicated to pioneering circularity in fashion.

Prior to this, Silverstein worked at Louis Vuitton and Victoria’s Secret, defining and implementing bold visions for the customer experience and incubating and scaling new businesses. She began her career as a cultural anthropologist, receiving a BA in anthropology from Columbia University, before conducting fieldwork as a Fulbright fellow. She subsequently earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and built her retail and consumer expertise at The Boston Consulting Group.
