Berke is the founder and CEO of Tomorrow Retail Consulting. With over 20 years of digital, retail, and marketing experience, Berke was an early leader in online marketing in the United States before moving to lead Walmart’s e-commerce and in-store digital efforts in China.

In China, Berke led ecommerce for Sam’s Club and Walmart for eleven years and created one of the company’s most successful ecommerce operations worldwide. Berke led the company’s ground-breaking partnerships with JD and Tencent and pioneered the creation of on-demand/quick commerce and micro-fulfilment, opening Walmart’s first dark store network and mobile-checkout-based stores.

Berke was Chairman of Walmart’s Global Omnichannel Forum, helping to guide the company’s omnichannel strategy across 28 markets. He was awarded Walmart’s Sam Walton Entrepreneur of the Year award for his efforts in China.
