Professor Emeritus of Psychology, Bestselling Author, Clinical Psychologist

Dr. Jordan B. Peterson is Professor Emeritus of psychology at the University of Toronto, a clinical psychologist, and the author of the multi-million copy bestseller "12 Rules for Life: An Antidote to Chaos," which was #1 for nonfiction in 2018 in the US, Canada, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Sweden, the Netherlands, Brazil and Norway, and slated for translation into 50 languages. He has also authored "Beyond Order: 12 More Rules for Life," continuing his exploration of personal growth and cultural critique.

With his students and colleagues, Peterson has published more than a hundred scientific papers, advancing the modern understanding of creativity, competence, and personality. His foundational book, "Maps of Meaning: The Architecture of Belief," transformed the psychology of religion and was adapted into a 13-part TV series on TVO. He was nominated for five consecutive years as one of Ontario’s Best University Lecturers and is one of only three professors rated as “life-changing” in the U of T’s underground student handbook of course ratings.

Peterson has developed self-improvement programs, including the Self Authoring Suite and UnderstandMyself, which provide users with insights into their personalities and practical advice for personal development. Additionally, he is preparing for his lecture tour "We Who Wrestle With God," which complements themes from his forthcoming book. Peterson has participated in many popular podcasts and shows, such as the Joe Rogan Experience (#877, #958, #1006), The Rubin Report, and H3H3 (#37), among others. His work continues to challenge audiences to scrutinize the underlying principles of their beliefs and actions, making significant contributions to discussions on psychology and culture.
