Jordan Richardson is a Senior Policy Analyst at the Charles Koch Institute.

Previously, Richardson was a Senior Policy Analyst for Generation Opportunity. Prior to working at Generation Opportunity, Jordan was a Visiting Legal Fellow for the Heritage Foundation.

Early in his career, Reses was a Judith A. Herndon Fellow in the West Virginia Legislature, a Civil Rights Fellow for the West Virginia Attorney General, a Law Clerk for the Office of the Putnam County Prosecutor, and a Law Clerk for the Office of the Law Director for the City of Lima, Ohio.

Reses attended Marshall University where he earned degrees in Political Science​ and Communication Studies​. He earned his J.D. from the Ohio Northern University School of Law​.
