Jordan Salcito is the Wine Director at Momofuku and Founder of Bellus Wines and RAMONA Artisanal Wine Coolers.

RAMONA is a modern-day spritz, or wine cooler, made with organically grown grapes and natural flavors.

Bellus Wines is a socially-conscious wine company that makes organic, terroir-driven wines in collaboration with partner wineries around the globe. Proceeds from Bellus Wines support organizations including Nomogaia, The Tory Burch Foundation and Earth Justice.

In addition, Jordan is a Master Sommelier candidate and the Wine Director of Momofuku. She has worked in restaurants including Daniel and Eleven Madison Park and has spent extensive time working in wineries in Burgundy, California, Patagonia and Italy. Her wine programs at Momofuku have repeatedly been selected as semi-finalists for "Outstanding Wine Program" by the James Beard Foundation, World of Fine Wines 'Best Wines Lists,' and Wine Enthusiast's 'Top 100 Wine Restaurants.'
