oaquín is the Co-Founder and Creative Director of La Comunidad, which he began with his brother, José Mollá, in 2000. The agency became the world's 13th most awarded agency (Gunn Report) two short years after its inception. Before opening La Comu's offices in Miami and Buenos Aires, Joaquín worked for six years at Ratto/BBDO, first as a senior copywriter and then as a Creative Director. He was instrumental in the development of many international and regional campaigns, including: Pepsi, Nike, Volkswagon, Visa, Clarin (Argentina°s biggest newspaper), Bank of Boston, Audi, Sancor (the top Argentinian dairy brand), 7-Up, Bayer, USA Network and FedEx.

Previously, he°d worked on projects for W/Brazil and for the legendary magazine The Economist, with AMV/BBDO London. Joaquin began working for small agencies in 1989 as a junior writer.

Joaquin°s work has been honored by the top advertising festivals: Clio, Cannes, Art Director°s Club of NY, The One Show, New York Festival, D&AD, London Festival and FIAP.

During his career, Joaquín has been invited to serve on the jury of D&AD, Cannes, One Show, Clio, Fiap, El Sol, El Ojo de Iberoamérica. And he is a member of The Argentine Creatives Circle Commission.

In his spare time, Joaquín enjoys painting, writing and playing with his two sons, Tomy & Benito. He also enjoys the company of his wife, Paola, a Yoga teacher who restores some of the peace advertising takes out of his life.
