Joseph Kim desires to empower those who are next, so that we can be equipped to transform ourselves and the world around us. He has an unshakeable belief that tomorrow can be better than today and that leaders should aim to leave behind a positive legacy for the next generation. As an academic entrepreneur, Kim has served as a business school professor in Seoul, a Google Tech Talks speaker in Silicon Valley, and president of an international college in Osaka. Kim is the author of two books, the philosophical "Reformed Epistemology" and "Power7," about non-verbal communication.

He is a co-founder of Power7 Communication and has served as a communication and leadership keynote speaker, trainer, and facilitator for organizations such as Nike, Samsung, PWC, BCG, NASA, the US Air Force and many more global organizations.

Kim is an alumnus of Harvard Business School and received his PhD in philosophy from Arizona State University. His mid-life passions include riding his motorcycle, playing electric guitar for his church, and training Brazilian jiu-jitsu with his sons.
