Joseph M. Bradley is the Chief Executive Officer of TONOMUS, a NEOM company, focused on development of the world's first cognitive community. His responsibilities encompass establishing a 'mixed-reality' urban living model and enhancing the cognitive experience of those in NEOM through the application of advanced connectivity, AI, and privacy-focused technologies. Prior to his current role, Bradley held senior positions at Cisco Systems, including Global VP IoT, Blockchain, AI, and Incubation Businesses. He is also the author of the acclaimed book "Questioneering: The New Model for Innovative Leaders in the Digital Age", published in May 2018.

Bradley's thought leadership, particularly in the age of AI and digital transformation, is well recognized.
