Joseph Sikora was born and raised in the city of Chicago on the far northwest side. He studied acting at the Piven Theater Workshop in Evanton, Illinois and also at Columbia College, Chicago where he received his B.A. degree in Theater. Sikora is a company member with Shattered Globe Theatre. He has been nominated for a Joseph Jefferson award for theater in Chicago and received an Ovation award for theatre in Los Angeles. He also appeared in the HBO film 'Normal' starring Tom Wilkinson and Jessica Lange and directed by Jane anderson. The film was nominated for 3 Golden Globe Awards. Sikora, currently stars as Tommy Egan on Starz' original hit series, 'Power'.
