Josh Elledge is the founder of UpMyInfluence, an influencer agency which helps start up entrepreneurs, and the founder and chief executive angel of SavingsAngel.com, which bolsters the buying power of the average U.S. family by combining technology, coupons and smart thinking for extreme savings on household consumables and everyday items.
Elledge launched SavingsAngel, Inc. in 2007. Like most Americans, he wanted to reduce his family’s grocery bill; armed with a background in information technology and internet development, he did just that. Elledge’s technologic tinkering cut his family of five’s monthly grocery bill by half, to $300, and created SavingsAngel.com, the most comprehensive coupon and sale matching service available.
Since then, Elledge has shared his successful couponing and savings expertise with millions of families, both online, in person as a dynamic public speaker, and through his weekly appearances as an expert on Fox 35 Orlando and News 13, as a weekly syndicated columnist for nine newspapers (with total readership above 1.1 million readers), and on a number of radio stations, and regularly appearing on more than 75 TV stations across the country.
Through UpMyInfluence, Elledge provides step-by-step tools, coaching and PR hacks for entrepreneurs to dramatically increase their sales by attracting their perfect audiences - all at a fraction of the cost of traditional PR services.
Elledge's company even assists with marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), social media management, creative work and event PR. Members of UpMyInfluence have appeared on NPR, CNN, Forbes, Parents Magazine and Tech Crunch.
In April 2014, Elledge launched the 90 Days to Abundance podcast – to rave reviews and instant success. By the third week, it was already featured as the number one shopping podcast in iTunes. Elledge shares life hacks, deals, and researched strategies for earning and saving more money.
Through the years, Elledge has consulted dozens of successful entrepreneurs – assisting them in creating the same sort of success he’s earned. That consulting eventually led to the creation of upendPR.com – which is designed to consult with and provide the tools for entrepreneurs who want to dramatically increase their own sales by attracting the perfect audiences without the typical expense associated with a PR firm.
Passionate about his family, physical fitness (an avid fitness geek and 5K to marathon runner), and performing improv comedy, Josh now resides in Orlando with his wife and three children.
Prior to Elledge's career as a journalist, technology specialist, and entrepreneur served in the US Navy and earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in family science/therapy from Brigham Young University.
