Josie Totah is an actress known for her role on the Disney Channel show Jessie, the series Back in the Game, and her old in the 2016 film Other People. In August 2018, Totah wrote an article published in Time coming out as a transgender female and changing her first name to Josie.

In addition, Totah had a role in Spider-Man: Homecoming and the Netflix comedy Handsome: A Netflix Mystery Movie.

Most recently, Totah has been cast in the lead role for the reboot of the hit sitcom Saved By The Bell. She will play Lexi, the most popular girl at Bayside High. The series will release on NBC's upcoming streaming service, Peacock.
