  Jovi is an online professor. She has taught a myriad of subjects, including leadership, motivation, management, and learning strategies. Prior to starting a career in online teaching, she consulted nonprofits and for-profits on workplace cultural diversity, motivation, customer relations, business ethics, conflict resolution, teamwork, intrapersonal and interpersonal relationship skills, change management, strategic planning, leadership development, marketing, and website development.

Jovi has dedicated her life to training and serving others. She leads with compassion and motivates others achieve to personal and professional growth. Her strong spiritual foundation allows her to meet others’ needs.

Jovi graduated from Seven Hills Upper School (Cincinnati, OH). She earned her B.S. in Psychology and Sociology from Vanderbilt University (Nashville, TN). In addition, she earned her M.S in Health Education, with an emphasis in Social Service Project Management, from Florida State University (Tallahassee, FL). She will graduate from Capella University (Minneapolis, MN--online) in August 2010 with a Ph.D. in Organization and Management, emphasis in Leadership.
