Joy-Ellen Lipsky has an eclectic background ranging from government, startups, to Fortune 500. She has been a software engineer, consultant, product manager, marketing manager, trainer and professional speaker. As a student of process improvement, Joy-Ellen's approach to effectiveness comes from research, experimentation, and applying techniques to her own life. She brings a technology approach to becoming more effective - but, she also updates the traditional no-tech approaches.

Joy-Ellen has a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, a Master's degree in Computer Software, a Master of Divinity degree and is a Certified Computing Professional. She has worked with a large number of individuals and companies and understands the needs in the area of time management, stress reduction, goal setting and project management. Joy-Ellen also is a member of the National Speaker's Association, ACM, ABWA, is a facilitator in the Veriditas World-Wide Labyrinth Project, and a certified facilitator for Franklin Covey seminars. She was selected as one of the Young Women in America, Who's Who in America, Woman of the Year in ABWA, and many others.

She is an Ambassador to the 2009 Parliament of the World's Religions and a core team member of the Silicon Valley Partner City Group which is the inaugural city in the Partner City program.

Her personal mission is to be a guide to others in creating an extraordinary quality of life and to leave a legacy of love, laughter, and learning.
