Joy Wiggins is the author of "From Sabotage to Support: A New Vision for Feminist Solidarity in the Workplace," which was released in May 2019. She is also a speaker, scholar and facilitator who specializes in opening dialogue to promote gender and racial equality.

Wiggins hold a doctorate from Ohio State University in Multicultural Education and Social Justice, Language, Literacy and Culture.
