Juan A. Negroni

Since 1996 as a consultant, coach and facilitator/speaker Juan has helped Fortune 500 enhanced employee commitment by assessing workplace practices, behaviors and policies for performance barriers and helping implement intervention measures.

A former international chief human resources executive, he is bilingual and author of such thought provoking articles as The Myth of A Balanced Life, Stupid Mistakes Union Free Companies Make and The New 3Rs of Leadership: Relevancy, Relationships and Resiliency.

As a speaker his presentations are tastefully entertaining.  In “Much of What I Know About Life and Managing People I Learned In Spanish Harlem” he links stories from his business career and childhood days in New York City’s El Barrio…to making change and diversity work and improving leadership skills.

Organizations he has serviced include American Airlines, HBO, Marriott, Xerox, MasterCard, and UPS.  He has also developed and facilitated programs for The Conference Board in Australia, Europe, Mexico, the Far East and the US on such topics as Shared Services, Strategic Alliances and Value Creation.  Currently he is working with one of the “Big Four” accounting firms on implementing a companywide ethics program.
