Judah Pollack is an author, executive coach, and consultant to CEO’s, founders and organizations in the art of leadership and innovation. He is a former faculty member of Stanford’s StartX and works regularly with US Army Special Forces and Red Team University lecturing on the psychology of warriors and nation-states. His civilian clients include Airbnb, Sonos, Best Buy and LucasFilm. He spent three years with one of Airbnb's co-founders helping to shape their research and development lab. His first book was the "The Chaos Imperative: How Chance and Disruption Increase Innovation, Effectiveness and Success". His latest book is “The Net and the Butterfly: The Art and Practice of Breakthrough Thinking,” published by Penguin.
