Julian Van Horne is a blogger, model and life coach who lives with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome. He is an Instagram influencer with over 26,000 followers. Van Horne is a transgender activist, having transitioned from female to male himself.

Van Horne blogs about living with EDS, his chronic illness and disability, his transition from female to male, veganism, and his service dog, Atlas.

In an Instagram post, Van Horne discussed what feels like to live with EDS. “One day I’m fine and the next day I’m not,” he said. “I’ve gone through periods of time where I can’t walk at all. I’ve gone through times where I couldn’t move the entire left side of my body, even my face. I’ve had to relearn how to walk multiple times.”
