Dr. Julie White has been a successful international speaker, seminar leader, consultant and businesswoman for more than two decades. Founder and president of her own consulting and training organization, Julie began her public speaking career using her extensive communication skills and a Ph.D. in women's studies, to lobby for new sexual assault legislation.

A former member of the business school faculty at Old Dominion University, Julie went on to become the first woman director of the Institute of Management.
