Julio Martinez is a specialist in social conflict transformation and in corporate social responsibility. His background is in social communication from the University of Lima with a specialization in Corporate Communication and Development. At present he is the Business Director of ADD+, consulting firm which has the aim to develop innovative tools for social management from companies and governments. In addition, he was member of the team which led the Program for Social Conflicts Prevention by the Presidency of the Ministers’ Council, financed by the European Union and implemented in nine regions of Peru between 2009 and 2010.

Mr. Martinez has extensive experience in managing stakeholders’ relations as well as in designing, planning, and implementing social development projects in the mining sector. Moreover, he is curator of the Lima Hub from the Global Shapers Community of the World Economic Forum.
