Junior Bernadin is a highly accomplished educator, STEM mentor, and House System Expert, serving as the dean of students at the Ron Clark Academy. Alongside his colleagues, he has helped train over 100,000 educators worldwide to engage students, increase academic excellence, and create a climate and culture for success. Bernadin is the recipient of the Presidential Award for Science, Mathematics, and Engineering Mentoring, selected by President Joe Biden, the White House's Office of Science and Technology Policy, and the National Science Foundation.

Bernadin serves on the board of directors for several organizations, including Dance Canvas, Kate's Club, and Building Future Leaders. Bernadin has been recognized for his dedication to service and pursuit of excellence, including being named a GFEL Top 100 Leaders in Education, Leadership Atlanta Class of 2022, Georgia Trend Magazines, and Atlanta Business Chronicle 40 Under 40 honoree.

Building a Championship Culture

Junior Bernadin, an expert in creating and sustaining successful school cultures, will share his experience and insights into building a positive, achievement-focused school culture that fosters engagement, academic rigor, and overall success. Drawing from his experience as the Dean of Students, IT Director, and House System Expert at the highly-acclaimed Ron Clark Academy, Mr. Bernadin will offer practical strategies and best practices for creating a culture of excellence that inspires and motivates both students and educators.

Participants will learn how to establish a clear and compelling vision for their school, align organizational structures and practices with that vision, and create a supportive and nurturing environment that fosters collaboration, trust, and accountability.
