Justin Baldoni is an actor, director, producer, speaker, and New York Times best-selling author whose efforts are focused on creating impactful media and entertainment. He is co-founder of Wayfarer Studios, an independent production studio focused on creating purpose-driven, multi-platform content that highlights inspiration, unity, and the power of human connection and serves as true agents for social change.

Baldoni spent five seasons starring as Rafael on CW’s award-winning "Jane the Virgin" and is directed, executive produced, and starred in the highly anticipated film adaptation of Colleen Hoover’s #1 bestselling novel "It Ends With Us." Additionally, he is producing, and financing through Wayfarer Studios, such films as "Ezra" starring Robert DeNiro and Bobby Cannavale; "A Nice Indian Boy," which premiered at SXSW and stars Jonathan Groff; "Eleanor the Great," Scarlett Johansson’s directorial debut; "Code 3" starring Rainn Wilson and Lil Rel Howery; and is in development on the live-action version for "PAC-MAN" On the documentary side, projects include features such as "Will & Harper" starring Will Ferrell, "Black is Beautiful," "The Herricanes," and "Racist Trees."

An outspoken feminist, Baldoni has created an ongoing dialogue with men to redefine masculinity. He delivered the well-received TED Talk, "Why I'm Done Trying to be Man Enough," which has been viewed over eight million times. He hosts the popular four-time Webby-nominated podcast series called "Man Enough," which explores what it means to be a man today and how rigid gender roles have affected all people. He is also the author of "Man Enough: Undefining My Masculinity" and its follow-up, "Boys Will Be Human," which went on to become a New York Times bestseller.
