Justin Da Rosa is a vice president in Battery’s San Francisco office. He is currently involved with Battery’s investments in Belong, Epic!, Flyhomes, Modern Health, PlayVS, Scopely, and StockX. Justin writes frequently about consumer trends and market dynamics, including in publications such as TechCrunch. In 2020, Da Rosa was named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 in Venture Capital list.

Previously, Da Rosa was an investor at growth equity firm TCV, where he focused on growth investments in consumer-internet and software companies. He helped lead TCV’s investments in Peloton, Klook, TripAdvisor, and Sojern, and was actively involved with the firm’s portfolio, including companies such as Netflix, Rover, Varsity Tutors, and Zillow. Prior to that, he was an investment banking analyst within the Global Technology Group at Credit Suisse. He also previously worked as an analyst at Steamboat Ventures. Da Rosa received his BS in business administration from the Marshall School of Business at USC, graduating cum laude.
